We met Ceci right around September of 2016. We were so impressed with how well all of the dogs we taken care of, and how clean the facility was. It was then that this one particular puppy AKA Lucy would not stop following our girls around. While all the other pups were playing Lucy just stayed right with the girls. Tessa Puppies are making a Statement!!
